Telephone interview

If your application is successful, we will contact you and arrange a 30-minute telephone interview. This initial conversation is primarily aimed at aligning our and your own expectations and getting to know each other a bit better. If it’s a match, we will invite you for a 360° interview.

360° interview

At this stage, you get a chance to speak to various team members at different career levels and tell us more about your background, achievements, motivation, interests, development goals and which team values are important to you. We will also assess your skills with exercises and / or brain teasers. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions. After a few days, we can let you know if we still think it’s a match. Now it’s up to you to give us feedback.
